2. FREE Exchange (No Charges):

   - ✔ Wrong item delivered (different from ordered)

   - ✔ Defective product (broken, scratched, missing hallmark)

   - ✔ Wrong size delivered (different from ordered size)

3. Proof Required:

   - Unboxing video/photos

   - Show mismatch with the order invoice

   - Report within 24 hours of delivery

- ✖ Customized jewelry (name engraving, special designs)

- ✖ Gold/silver coins

- ✖ Discounted items
